Death by Burpees (compare 5/23/13)
and
Death by Ring Dips (compare 12/21/12)

Do one rep the first minute, two reps the second minute, three reps the third minute and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of reps.  You can choose to do the burpees first or the ring dips.  But after your last completed minute, you get a one minute break and it’s into the next movement.
