3 rep max, Front Squat
Compare 10/29/13
1RM: 6/18/14, 5RM: 4/2/14

Death by Clean and Jerk and Burpee
First minute do 1 c&j and 1 bar facing burpee, 2nd minute do 2 c&j and 2 bar facing burpees, 3rd minute do 3 of each, etc. until you are unable to complete the required number of reps

Saturday is our 5k plus.  We will not have our normal workout schedule.  If you are doing the 5k you must sign up ahead of time.  We will also not have our 11:00 am free class this week.  You can sign up here:
