AMRAP 7:
3 thruster
3 chest to bar pull up
6 thruster
6 chest to bar pull up
9 thruster
9 chest to bar pull up…

Add three reps each round until time is up.

Starting in October, we will have to temporarily suspend Thursday night classes. We currently do not have a coach to cover the time, but are on the search. I will try to post a wod you can do from home.
