CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday November 9, 2016

  1. Shoulder Press, 5 rep max
  2. AMRAP 12:
    7 burpee
    Max unbroken double unders


Complete 7 burpees, then grab your rope and do as many unbroken doubles as you can. Once you miss, back to the burpees. If you’re doing singles, max 50, then back to burpees. Score is total doubles or singles.
