CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday November 25, 2015

  1. Back squat, 3 rep max
    Compare 3/24/15, 5RM: 6/10/15, 1RM: 10/13/15
  2. 8 rounds:
    10 jumping lunge (5 each leg)
    8 burpeePlease stay tuned to the website and the facebook page for updates on hours and classes in the upcoming weeks, as this baby is being difficult and could come at any time.

    Wednesday November 25: Normal Hours
    Thursday November 26: Closes
    Friday November 27: Open at 9:00 am.  Be in the door by not later than 11:00 am.  No exceptions.
    Saturday November 28: Normal Hours
