CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday November 18, 2015

  1. 15 minutes to work to a max clean and jerk
    Compare 9/2/15. This is a full squat clean and split jerk. If you are experienced with these movements, then we can work closer to a true max. If not, technique is the focus.
