CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday March 14, 2018

Tabata intervals of each movement:
Chest to bar pull up
-rest 1:00
HR push up
-rest 1:00
Sit up
-rest 1:00
Ball slam

Tabata’s are :20 work, followed by :10 of rest for 8 intervals. Each movement will have all eight before resting and going to the next movement. Score is total reps of each movement.
