CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday March 12, 2014

Joe M’s Bday Wod:
For time:
520m row
52 sit ups
52 deadlift
52 ball slam
52 jump squat

-After you complete the row, every minute perform One Clean and Jerk until you have finished all the above work.  There is no prescribed weight, it will be for you to choose.  It will also be the same bar you use for the deadlift.
