15 minutes to find your 1 rep max Power Snatch
-You can look at numbers from 1RM Squat Snatch, 5/7/13

Rest as needed and then

30 snatches for time (135/95)
-scale to approximately 70-75% of your 1RM power snatch
Compare 2/4/12
For this portion, you can perform any style of snatch; squat, power or split.
