CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday July 30, 2014

3 rep max, Hang Squat Snatch
Compare 1RM Squat Snatch – 5/7/13
1RM Power Snatch – 4/15/14

For time:
15 burpee box over (24/20)
30 goblet squat (55/36)
15 burpee box over

If you are not as familiar with the squat snatch or the hang version, this will most likely be more of a practice technique day while adding some moderate weight.
