This workout will not have a time cap. Instead, you are encouraged to scale accordingly. This wod should not go over 30 to 35 minutes. That being said, if your first round takes you 6 to 7 minutes, let’s think about scaling, b/c it isn’t going to get any faster. That is the desired stimulus of the wod, not meandering about for 35 minutes waiting for a cap. So maybe we scale the weight of the ball, height of the box, step instead of jump, shorten the run, lower the reps. In any case, keep moving and we will scale to enable you to finish the 5 rounds within the intended time.
