20 minutes to find your 3 rep max:
Clean and Jerk

Compare:
1RM 5/22/13
1RM Jerk: 10/22/13
1RM Clean: 10/15/14

This can be any style you choose; power or squat clean, push or split jerk.  These are also touch and go reps.  That means there is no dropping the bar between reps.  Control the weight down and go into your next rep.
