CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday January 14, 2015

20 minutes to establish:
1 rep max Back Squat
Compare: 9/25/13
3RM: 4/29/14, 5RM: 8/26/14

If you have not ever performed a 1 rep max back squat, but are experienced with the lift and have established 3 and 5 rep maxes, we can go for a 1 rep max.  If you have not, we will be working on a 3-5 rep max to get you more acclimated to heavy loads.

50 wall ball
70 double under
