box jump (24/20)
jumping pull up
kbs (16k/12k)
walking lunge step
kte
push press (45/35)
back extension
wall ball (20/14)
burpee
double under

For back extensions, if you are not very experienced with this movement you will perform ‘superman’ on the ground.
