3 rope climb
81 double under
33 deadlift (165/115)
33 hr push up
33 front squat (115/75)
33 V sit up
33 shoulder to overhead (115/75)


We will be doing “Murph” on Saturday. You must be ready to start your wod by 10:00 am or you will not be permitted to start.
