CrossFit Workout of the Day Wednesday April 24, 2013

8 rounds:
8 Squat clean (95/65)
8 Abmat Sit up
8 Dip
8 Incline Push Up
8 Elbows to Knees (Same as KTE, just changed the wording)

This is a workout for our little girl that we had to say goodbye to last week.
