Tabata Intervals of bottom to bottom squats
Immediately followed by a one mile run for time.
Bottom to bottom is slightly different than normal squats. Normally we got down and up and count the reps. For this, you start at the bottom, stand up, go back down and count your reps each time you hit bottom. You would also normally rest standing. For this wod you rest sitting at the bottom of your squat. After tour 8th Tabata interval you immediately sprint out the door on a 1 mile run for time. Not 4 x 400. You will run the mile route.
