Bill’s Bday Wod
1. 20 minutes to find a 1 rep max in the following barbell complex:
-2 deadlift
-1 power clean
-1 hang squat clean
-1 front squat
-1 split jerk

This just like any other heavy day. Complete the movements in the complex consecutively, add weight, do it again.

2. 24 reps for time of the Bill complex from above at approximately 55-60% of your max from the top.
