CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday October 9, 2018

  1. Front Squat, 3 rep max
    Compare 9/19/17, 5RM: 10/9/17
  2. 10 to 1 reps:
    burpee
    kbs (70/45)

Starting in October, we will have to temporarily suspend Thursday night classes. We currently do not have a coach to cover the time, but are on the search. I will try to post a wod you can do from home.
