CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday October 20, 2015

  1. Snatch Balance
    Work to a 3 rep max.  If you aren’t familiar with this movement, it will be more of a practice session on it.
    Previously: 1/4/12, 8/23/12
  2. 5 rounds:
    :15 handstand hold
    10 hr push up
    :30 wall sit
    15 air squat
    Partner wod on Saturday.
