For time:
250m run with med ball, 25 wall ball, 25 hr push up
250m run with med ball, 20 wall ball, 20 hr push up
250m run with med ball, 15 wall ball, 15 hr push up
250m run with med ball, 10 wall ball, 10 hr push up
250m run with med ball, 5 wall ball, 5 hr push up

Make sure you have signed up for your “Murph” time for Monday May 30. We will have limited hours for Memeorial Day. Normal hours resume on Tuesday.
