1) Push Press, 5 rep max
-compare 6/27/12, 3RM: 10/16/12

2) 3 x max effort, nose and toes handstand hold
Walk yourself up the wall and hold a handstand with only your nose and toes touching the wall.  Keep your hands close to the wall.
