CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday March 10, 2015

10 rounds:
5 front squat (As heavy as possible)
5 hand stand push ups

This is yesterdays main site wod. The prescribed weights for it were 205/155.  If you can do that sweet, if not let’s find a weight that you will be able to take from the ground and move five times over 10 rounds.  As for the hspu, they are rx’d as some sort of deficit.  We will figure it all out.
