Bear Complex consists of: 1. Power clean 2. Front squat 3. push press 4. back squat 5. push press from behind the neck.  It is NOT a squat clean into a thruster or any sequential movement.  It is five separate movements.  if you watch the video, ignore the seven times through.  We are just looking for one time through.
