Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

This is sequential. Five sets of press, five sets of push press, 5 sets of push jerk. Weight increases each set. This is a classic CrossFit benchmark wod.
