6 rounds:
5 clean and jerk (135/95)
2 rounds of “Cindy”
5 pull up
10 push up
15 squat

If that doesn’t make sense, each round will consist of 5 C&J, then 5 pull, 10 push, 15 squat, 5 pull, 10 push, 15 squat.
