CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday July 1, 2014

4 rounds:
50 squat
40 sit up
30 push up
250m run


On Friday July 4, we will open at 9:00 am.  There will be a wod on the board, but you are free to use it as open gym time.  Doors will close at 11:00 am.  Normal hours on Thursday and Saturday.
