For those that are participating in the upcoming competition next month, here is your practice run. If you signed up for scaled, you will do 85% bodyweight.  If you fall into neither category, we will find an appropriate weight.  And if you aren’t happy with your bodyweight, show up this Saturday at 10:00 am to start our nutrition challenge.  Emily will be going over all of the details Saturday morning.
