1. 13.4: AMRAP 7:
3 clean and jerk (135/95), 3 toes to bar
6 clean and jerk, 6 toes to bar
9 clean and jerk, 9 toes to bar…
Continue to add three reps each round until the seven minutes is up.

2. 12.1: AMRAP 7:
burpees to a target 6″ above your reach
