Compare 4/29/13. Start thinking about how you would like to scale this before you come in if you aren’t doing Rx’d.  There are many scaling options for pistols and hspu.

This Saturday January 17, we will have a “Bring a Friend Free” Day. Any of your friends that have been interested in the gym can come check things out for any regular class time and workout.
