CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday January 10, 2017

  1. Work to a max weight in the following barbell complex:
    3 hang power clean
    2 front squat
    1 shoulder to overhead
  2. For time, complete:
    2:00 top of pull up
    2:00 handstand hold
    2:00 wall sit
    2:00 L sit

You will most likely have to break the 2:00, so the clock will be running. You see how long it takes for you to accumulate the time.
