CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday December 25, 2012


No classes today.  I recommend you rest, but if you need to get a wod in I suggest you run two miles.  Run :30 in a dead sprint and spend :30 walking.  Compare that time to how long it would normally take you to run two miles.

For Wednesday we will not have any morning or noon classes.  The evening classes will start one hour earlier for this special occassion at 4:00 pm.
