CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday December 24, 2013

For time:
60 double under, 10 burpee
50 wall ball, 10 burpee
40 kbs (55/36), 10 burpee
30 toes to bar, 10 burpee
20 cal row, 10 burpee
10 handstand push up, 10 burpee

Reminder for Tuesday we only have morning and noon hours.  No evening classes.  We will be closed on Wednesday.  Normal hours will resume Thursday evening.
