For time, in order:
50 double under
50 burpees
50 wall ball
50 back extension
50 push press
50 kte
50 walking lunge steps
50 kbs
50 jumping pull up
50 box jump

For safety’s sake and my own piece of mind, step ups will be allowed for rx’d.
