CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday August 7, 2018

For time:
750m run, 12 power snatch (115/75), 12 box jump over (30/24)
500m run, 9 power snatch, 9 box jump over
250m run, 6 power snatch, 6 box jump over

Reminder, there are not 9 am classes Monday and Wednesday

Normal schedule resumes Friday
