CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday April 9, 2013

7 rounds:
2 minutes to complete:
250m run
10 lateral box jump (20″)
Max effort hr push up
-rest 1 minute between rounds

Score is total push performed over the 7 rounds.  For the box jumps it is not required that you stand on the box, but you must touch the top of it.  If it is raining, we maybe will sub rowing.
