CrossFit Workout of the Day Tuesday April 14, 2015

1. 20 minutes to work to a heavy squat snatch.
If you are competent and comfortable with this movement, then we will be able to get fairly heavy. If you are not, then this will be mostly technique work.

2. 1 to 10 reps of:
toes to bar
hr push up
jumping squat
