CrossFit Workout of the Day Thursday September 3, 2015

10 rounds:
10 sit up
10 back squat (45/35)
10 ring row (get as horizontal as possible, maybe even a box under your feet)

For future reference; ring rows in a wod like this should be just a step above strict pull ups.  If you did 10 straight the entire time, you were not horizontal enough.
