CrossFit Workout of the Day Thursday October 31, 2013

Tabata intervals of:
double unders
handstand hold
plank hold
wall sit

Complete eight intervals of each movement before moving onto the next.  Your score will be total double unders minus the number of times you have to break during each of the static holds.


Remember, this week we will be closed on Saturday November 2 for a USAW Certification. You are all welcome to take a field trip to CrossFit Cleveland in Rocky River.  Normal hours will resume Monday morning.
