For time:
50 wall balls (20/14)
25 sumo deadlift high pull (95/65)
15 burpees
25 sumo deadlift high pull
50 wall balls

This Saturday, October 26, is our Halloween 5k. If you plan on coming in Saturday, you must register for the event ahead of time here.  This is last call.  If you have not registered for your heat, there are a few spots left in the 10:30, all other heats are full.  If you are not registered, you will not be able to participate.  If you rsvp’s to the facebook page that does not mean you are registered.  This is not a typical Saturday wod to show up and go when ready.
