Pull Up
-compare 6/2/12
then,
Burpee
-compare 3/26/12

Perform 1 rep the first minute, 2 reps the second minute, 3 reps the third minute, and so on until you are unable to complete the required number of reps for that minute.

Notice: We will be closed Monday May 27 for Memorial Day. Regular schedule will resume Tuesday morning.  Enjoy the extra rest day.
