CrossFit Games Open 13.1:
AMRAP 17 minutes:
30 snatch (75/45)
30 snatch (135/75)
30 snatch (165/100)
As many snatches as possible with remainder of time (210/120)
Burpees are jumping and touching a target 6″ above your reach. Snatches are one move from ground to overhead. They can be power, split or squat snatches. This is not a clean and jerk.
If you are signed up to compete in the Open, you will have three days to complete this workout. You can give it a practice run if you would like. If you are not competing, we will scale weights so that you are able to get further into the wod.
Please note that this will be our main workout for both Thursday and Friday. If you complete it on Thursday and come in Friday, you can make up a missed wod from earlier in the week.
