For time:
40 overhead squat (95/65)
20 hr push ups
40 front squat (95/65)
20 hr push up
40 back squat (95/65)
20 hr push up

This Saturday April 1 is bring an open house. Anyone who is interested can attend any regular class. Doors open at 8:30, be in by 10:00 am at the latest.
