CrossFit Workout of the Day Thursday March 21 & Friday March 22

CrossFit Games Open 13.3:
AMRAP 12:
150 wall balls (20/14)
90 double unders
30 muscle ups

Compare 3/15/12.  Also look back at a time you may have from “Karen” on 10/28/11 or 12/12/11.  We also recently did a wod with 150 wall balls with burpees.

There will be scaling options for those that are not participating in the open.  Please also not that this is the workout for both Thursday and Friday.
