CrossFit Games Open 13.2:
5 shoulder to overhead (115/75)
10 deadlift (115/75)
15 box jump (24/20)
Shoulder to overhead can be any way as long as full extension is reached and control is shown. On the deadlift the bar starts on the ground and a good rep is given when the hips are fully extended and the shoulder is visible behind the bar. Box jumps are two feet leave, two feet land. You must stand on the box and show full extension of hips and knees. You may jump down or step down, but you must show control on top of the box.
Please note that this will be the workout for both Thursday and Friday. If you come in both days, you can make up another wod from earlier in the week or practice some things you need to work on.
