Remember, on Friday June 27  at 6:00 pm we will host a Free Workout in the Riverside Park in downtown Chagrin Falls.  This workout is open to all people.  If you are just interested in learning more about us or want to change up your workout.  Members are also strongly encouraged to attend and bring a friend.
