“The Flash”

Complete the following running sprints, each for time:
250m
400m
650m
800m
650m
400m
250m

Rest 1:1.  That means rest approximately as long as it takes you to run the previous distance.  For instance, if 250 takes you 1:00, rest 1:00 before running the 400.  If 400m takes you 2:00, rest 2:00 before the 650m, etc.
