Max effort tabatas
:20 work, :10 rest x8 for each movement

Normally when we do tabatas, you go right into the next movement with on the :10 to rest in between. For this one, you will be allowed to rest as long as you need between movements and do them in any order. Score is total reps of each movement. The idea is being able to go all out for each of the movements and not have to worry about conserving energy for the next.
