CrossFit Workout of the Day Saturday September 26, 2015


Tabata intervals of:
pull up hold
handstand hold
plank hold
wall sit

This is meant to be sort of a delay workout for those that have been here all week or just need some active rest. You are welcome to make up missed wods from earlier in the week.

Register for the Halloween 5k on October 3 here.  Make sure you register before September 23 to be guaranteed a shirt.

On Sunday September 27 we will be hosting a weightlifting clinic with US Olympic Coach Mark Canella.  Mark will cover the basics of the Clean & Jerk and Snatch.  If any of you have been trying to improve these lifts, this a great opportunity.  The cost of the clinic is $97.77 and will go from 10:00 am until approximately 2:00 pm.  You can pay for the course here.  It is highly recommended for those that want to get better at their lifts.
