Halloween 5k

2 rounds:
500m run, 10 burpee
500m run, 20 pull up
500m run, 30 push up
500m run, 40 sit up
500m run, 50 squat

This Saturday is our Annual Halloween 5k. If you have not registered, you can here.  There are no open gym hours or alternative workouts.  There is also no 11:00 am intro class.
